- Standard delivery: 5–15 business days after order processing.
- Large or specialty equipment may require additional handling and transit time.
- Custom, special-order, or commercial equipment may have longer lead times, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.
Coffee, Cleaning Products & Consumables
- Standard delivery: 2–7 business days after order processing.
- Delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier schedules, and product availability.
- Customer will be notified if products are out of stock coming from an out of country source
Replacement Parts & Maintenance Supplies
- In-stock parts and supplies are generally shipped within 1–2 business days and delivered within 2–7 business days.
Service & Maintenance Appointments
- Service, repair, installation, and preventive maintenance visits are scheduled separately from product deliveries.
- Appointment availability depends on technician schedules, service location, and parts availability.
- Customers will receive confirmation of scheduled service dates and estimated arrival windows.
- The service provider has a right to cancel or edit the appointment time with a 12 hour notice.

Delivery Inspection

- Timestamp to pictures must be taken of any damage to the package or its contents at the time of delivery.
Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

- Additional shipping fees to the customer may apply if an order must be re-shipped due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt.
- Orders returned to us by the carrier may be subject to restocking and return shipping charges.
